Walk around no less than 3 times. Look longingly at about 4 items. Remind myself why I no longer get those things. Walk around again. Still can’t decide what to get. Walk out past check-out half-sheepishly.
Some people photograph really beautifully. And I’m not talking about being in the loving arms of Photoshop, or being photographed at really flattering angles. But in person, they’re not ugly or anything, but they look pretty average. It’s weird.
Then, some people are simply not photogenic, but are pretty good-looking in person. Again, I’m not talking about always getting caught by the camera at a bad angle. They just look way better in person. I know a few people who I meet, and they look quite above-average in person, but then I go to their Facebook, and they just don’t look the same, and for the worse. It’s strange.
Of course, good angles and good photography DO make a difference. I’m just saying that I am not talking about their impact here.
I think I’ve posted something about this before. Perhaps I am too concerned with how people look like? Hmm. I do like looking at people, and observing their physical features. Don’t get me wrong- I observe their personality, too. It’s just that I observe holistically. Hahaha, that sure is a nice way to put it.
