There’s a funny story behind this quilt.

I’ve been a “crafter” for longer than I’ve been a photographer, and it’s a hobby near and dear to my heart. I also work at a quilt shop during the summer, so it’s no surprise I spend my summers sewing.

My roommate, Kayla, is a creative writing major like me, and in a piece she let me look over she had this description of a quilt stitched with a map of the constellations. I loved the idea and, after spending a day at work browsing our selection, decided to actually make it! Took me about a month and ended up being the only project I had time/energy to do all summer, but I love it!
